AT A TIME when the housing market isn't really booming, it was a brave decision to launch a new company.
That is exactly what two former estate agents, Mark Hedge and Jon Williams, did in November, 2010.
Since then, they have created a new website, point of sale materials, dedicated guides and brochure using local firms. They implemented a comprehensive software package to provide 24/7 service and outgrew their first premises within just seven months, recently moving to a larger office.
In a recessionary period for their sector, the company has exceeded targets, employed more staff including their first apprentice and created a new commercial department.
Mr Williams said: "It has taken a lot of hard work, long days, much passion and full commitment"
Mr Hedge said "We are delighted to have won this award and it shows that despite economic conditions and much talk of a difficult housing market with the right experience great results can be achieved"
